PANEL SESSION 2: FALLOUT: TOOLING UP (AND TEAMING UP) TO MANAGE COMPLEX TECHNICAL DISPUTES

• This panel session will consider new tools and methods for active case management coupled with collaborations between dispute resolution institutions to manage the increasing complexification of commercial disputes and to keep cross-border dispute resolution fit for this purpose
• This will allow parties to discuss innovations pioneered by the Singapore courts to facilitate cross-border dispute resolution (such as the Technology, Infrastructure and Construction List, the SICC's collaboration with other dispute resolution institutions etc.)
