Key Responsibilties
- Contribute to the development of new and existing content within LawNet legal research while working in multidisciplinary project teams with responsibility for the end results
- Actively engage and manage relevant partners, communities and customer segments to develop content, features and functionalities for LawNet legal research
- Carry out horizon-scanning initiatives on research, practice, content and technology offerings and services within Singapore and globally to identify and translate opportunities to enhance LawNet legal research
- Day-to-day monitoring and managing of content and functionality issues pertaining to LawNet legal research platform
- Assist in carrying out market outreach to gather feedback and assess viability of new and existing content sets on LawNet legal research
- Work closely with other teams on technical and operational matters relating to various modules and sub-modules of the LawNet legal research platform
- Liaise with Committee members, internal and external stakeholders and content providers for various LawNet legal research modules
- Assist in managing contracts and other administrative matters
Key Specifications:
- A degree in law with at least 5 years’ PQE
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills
- A self-starter with drive, initiative and a big-picture perspective
- Comfortable with interfacing, engaging and working with a cross-section of internal and external partners
- Ability to grasp business concepts and their implications
- Candidates with 5 years’ PQE in litigation and/or corporate and commercial practice would have an advantage, more junior candidates with suitable aptitude will also be considered
- Candidates with an interest in online legal publishing and familiarity with the legal technology scene would have an advantage
