Future of Legal Talent Series
Following on the heels of the SAL Training Pledge which was officially launched at the JLP Opening Conference on 21 May 2025, this new Future of Legal Talent Series is an invite-only platform designed to bring together legal industry leaders and learning & development professionals through a series of complimentary quarterly lunchtime seminars to hear more about and discuss topics relating to the management of legal talent. Through this series, the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) aims to build a network of forward-thinking leaders and professionals committed to shaping the future and sustainability of legal talent.
The first session for 2026, Creating Stronger Teams with Belbin, kicks off on 9 January 2026. Participants will learn how to use the Belbin Team Roles Theory to understand their team members’ workplace behavioural strengths, improve employee engagement and collaborate and leverage these insights to improve their teams’ work performance.
