About the project

This project was undertaken to bring about greater awareness of issues which arise in the context of bond restructuring with a view to study and propose possible areas of reform. The contributors to this report comprise diverse stakeholders  including trustees,  institutional investors as well as lawyers specialising in insolvency and restructuring.  The report makes actionable recommendations on reforms, in view of Singapore's bond market.
