Professor Goh Yihan is Dean of the SMU Yong Pung How School of Law. In 2021 he was appointed Senior Counsel by the Singapore Academy of Law.
Once a year, the Academy’s Senior Counsel Selection Committee, chaired by the Chief Justice of Singapore, evaluates applications and appoints persons deserving of the distinction.
